- 200 g cottage cheese, low fat
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- salt and pepper
- possibly herbs or nuts for sprinkling
Instructions

Ideal for hot summer days – low in calories, low in fat, quick and refreshing!
Stir the cottage cheese thoroughly and place it on a plate. Sprinkle generously with the juice of half a lemon and season generously with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with herbs or nuts, if desired.
