Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Potato wedges

Wash the potatoes, quarter them, and brush them with oil. Bake the potato wedges in the oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes. Season with spices to taste.
