Low-carb egg pan

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 20 g butter
  • 1 small zucchini, green
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 100 g sheep’s cheese or other white cheese
  • 2 large eggs, together approx. 150 g
  • 1 tsp, heaped sour cream or crème fraîche
  • little salt, possibly, can be omitted
  • some pepper
  • some sweet paprika powder, smoked
  • e.g. indoor garlic or garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

with zucchini, also available vegetarian

Wash the zucchini and grate it if desired. Dice the ham and feta cheese. Finely chop the garlic. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the zucchini and ham and fry lightly. Stir in the eggs and crème fraîche, and season. Use salt sparingly, as the cheese and ham are already salty. Stir in the garlic and feta cheese cubes and serve immediately. If you like, you can also add onions. Vegetarians can use vegetarian ham, for example.
