Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 100 g butter, soft
- 130 g sugar, brown
- 4 tbsp syrup (sugar syrup)
- 1 egg(s)
- 190 g pumpkin flesh, cooked
- 190 g flour
- Salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- some nutmeg
- 30 g raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 175°C and grease a muffin tin thoroughly or line it with paper baking cups. Cream butter, sugar, and syrup until creamy. Add the egg and pumpkin and mix well. Add the flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and raisins to the cream and gently fold in. Pour the batter into the muffin tins and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
