Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 100 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 50 g margarine / butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients except the fat. Gently heat the fat, add it, and mix well. Grease a springform pan and line the base with baking paper. Pour in the flour and smooth it down. Electric oven: 180°C, bake for 45 minutes. Variation: Instead of 100g flour, use 100g semolina, then 15 tbsp. milk. Baking time: Electric oven: set to 160°C. Place the pan in a cold oven. At 160°C for 10 minutes (for the semolina to swell), then bake at 180°C for 40 minutes. Use: Cover thickly with sugar/rum glaze, eat on its own, or as a base for glazed fruit topping. Texture: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Low in fat.
