Shirataki Spaghetti Carbonara style

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g Shirataki noodles, washed and drained
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 100 g ham
  • 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
  • 100 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, black, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Finely dice the onion and ham and sauté in a non-stick pan with olive oil. Briefly fry the garlic. Meanwhile, mix the egg yolk with the milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Prepare the shirataki noodles according to the package instructions, drain, add to the pan with the onions and ham, and mix everything together. Now turn off the heat and pour the egg yolk and cheese mixture over the shirataki. Fold in with two forks and stir gently. Heat gently until just creamy. Remove the pan from the heat, season the noodles with salt and pepper, and serve immediately.
