Peel and dice the onion. Fry the onion pieces in a pan with a little oil along with the bacon until lightly browned. Add the rinsed shirataki noodles and fry briefly. Deglaze with a splash of milk and quickly sprinkle with the cheese. The evaporating milk will melt the cheese. Once the cheese has melted, there should be very little liquid left in the pan. Stir briefly, taste, and adjust the seasoning if necessary. Done! Tastes almost like cheese spaetzle.
