Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g sugar
- 250 g margarine, for baking
- ½ tsp clove powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- ½ jar rosehip jam
- 300 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 bottle of rum flavoring
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Recipe for one tray!
Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Then add the margarine, cloves, cinnamon, and cocoa powder and mix. Now mix in the rosehip jam. Add the flour and baking powder, then add the rum flavoring and mix in. Place the finished batter on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet and bake at 200°C (convection oven: approx. 150°C) for about 20 minutes. Once cooled, cover with powdered sugar or chocolate icing and decorate as desired. Cut the cake into diamond shapes before serving.
