Fry the minced meat for 2-3 minutes on both sides. This doesn’t need to be seasoned, as the onion-cured meat is already well-seasoned. Then keep the patties warm in the oven at around 60-70°C (top/bottom heat) and place the slice of cheese on top. Fry the fried egg – ideally in a round silicone dish to maintain its shape. Mix the egg yolk with the egg white a little. Meanwhile, toast the toastie on the lowest heat. Open the toastie, add the patty with cheese and the egg. Tip: If you’re making multiple portions, we recommend making all the minced meat patties or fried eggs first and then keeping the finished eggs warm in the oven. 300 kcal per portion.
