Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) toast (wholemeal toast)
  • some butter
  • 1 lettuce leaf
  • 75 g cucumber(s), sliced
  • 2 slices of ham (salmon ham)
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Toast the bread and spread with butter. Top with lettuce and cucumber slices, then place the ham on top. Meanwhile, fry the egg in a little butter until fried and season with salt and pepper. Place the egg on the toast and serve.
