Egg and toast with a twist

Cut the toast into approximately 1 cm cubes. Heat the butter in a pan. If you have soft butter, you can also brush the toast with it beforehand. Dice the bacon. Add the toast cubes to the pan and toss in the butter. Toast the bacon cubes. When the toast cubes are golden brown, divide them into equal portions and crack an egg over each one. Fry briefly, then flip the fried eggs. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and a little rosemary.
