Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 slices of whole-grain toast
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 slices of breakfast bacon
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • Barbecue sauce
  • Mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Crack the eggs into a pan and fry them until fried, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic. Add the bacon and fry until browned to taste. Toast the whole-wheat toast. Spread about 1/3 of the peeled avocado on one slice of toast with a fork. Spread the other slice of toast with the barbecue sauce and mustard, if desired. Place the two fried eggs on the slice of bread with the avocado. Place the bacon on top and fold the second slice of toast over it.
