Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 pinches of chili powder
- 2 tsp rosemary
- 2 tbsp oregano
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 m.-sized potatoes

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
vegan, with little effort, for a casserole dish
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into 16 wedges. Place them in a baking dish and mix thoroughly with the remaining ingredients. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) and bake the potatoes on the middle rack for about 30 minutes. Tip: You can increase or decrease the seasoning according to your taste.
