Baileys – Layered Dessert

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 200 g mascarpone
  • 200 g natural yogurt 1.5% fat
  • 100 g powdered sugar
  • 150 ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 50 g biscuits, crushed amaretti biscuits (or more)
  • 1 jar sour cherries
  • 1 pkt. pudding powder, vanilla flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Thicken the sour cherries with the custard powder (or cornstarch) and let cool. Whip the heavy cream until stiff, then mix with the mascarpone, yogurt, sugar, and Baileys. Layer the cream, amaretti biscuits, and sour cherries in 6 glasses, alternating layers. Let it sit for a while, but it’s not necessary. I prefer the amaretti biscuits to be crunchy.
