Baked apples deliciously filled à la Julie

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 apples
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • 4 tbsp jam (strawberry, raspberry or blackberry)
  • 100 g hazelnuts, ground
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp almonds (flakes)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

with jam and nut cream, quick to make

Peel the apples, remove the cores, drizzle with lemon juice, and place in a baking dish. Mix the jam with the nuts, sour cream, cinnamon, and sugar and fill the apples with it. Allow the jam to overflow generously. Sprinkle with flaked almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 160°C for 30-45 minutes. The juicier and firmer the apples, the longer the baking time.
