Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g Leberkäse from the refrigerated section
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small onion(s)
- 500 g pasta
- salt water
- some oil
- salt and pepper
- Herbs of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the pasta in salted water as usual. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and dice the meatloaf. While the pasta is cooking, sauté the onions and meatloaf in a little oil. Once the onions are cooked, add the can of tomatoes and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper. I usually add herbs, such as fresh parsley, basil, or frozen herbs. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
