Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g margarine
- 125 g sugar
- 1 packet of Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 125 ml eggnog
- 50 g chocolate shavings
- 1 jar cherry(s), drained
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Grease a 24cm springform pan and line it with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) with a fan. Beat the margarine with the sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs. Alternately beat in the flour, baking powder, and egg liqueur. Finally, fold in the chocolate shavings and pour the mixture into the springform pan. Arrange the cherries on top and press down lightly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Test with a toothpick.
