Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g penne
- olive oil
- 1 onion(s)
- 300 g cooked ham
- 300 g peas, frozen
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 300 ml cream
- 2 tbsp Italian herbs
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta and peas at the same time. Meanwhile, dice the onions and cooked ham. Fry the onions in olive oil until translucent, then add the prepared cooked ham. Add the peas and simmer over medium heat. Add the tomato paste and sauté with the cream. Season to taste with herbs, salt, and pepper. Arrange and serve.
