Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 125 g ham, cut into strips or cubes
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g tomatoes, pureed
  • 4 peppers, pickled
  • 290 g kidney beans
  • 150 g corn
  • Salt and pepper from the mill
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • 600 g linguine
  • Parmesan, shaved as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sauté the ham and finely chopped onion in a pan. When the ham is slightly crispy, add the passata and simmer gently. Meanwhile, finely chop the peppers and mix with the beans and corn. Season to taste. While preparing the sauce, cook the pasta al dente in salted water according to the package instructions. To serve, transfer the pasta to a plate, cover with the sauce, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
