Puff pastry parcels with tuna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section (roll)
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • ½ bunch of spring onions
  • some salt
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and tasty

Slice the spring onions into thin rings. Mash in a bowl with a fork and a little salt. Add the tuna and mix until smooth. Cut the puff pastry into four pieces, fill with the tuna, fold it over, and press the edges firmly to prevent the sauce from seeping out. Finally, brush with egg yolk and pierce the pastry several times with a knife. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. The parcels taste great cold with a green salad in summer or warm as a snack.
