Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized egg(s)
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 small onion(s) or 2 spring onions
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 2 slices of bread
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Hangover breakfast

Boil 2 eggs for 4 minutes until soft-boiled. Then peel the shells and place them in a glass. Garnish the egg with chives and lightly salt. Chop the tomatoes and toss with onion and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toast the bread or fry it in butter. Serve the eggs with tomato salad and bread.
