  • 20 g butter or margarine

  • 2 tsp sugar
  • oregano
  • n. B. Sauce thickener
  • possibly flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cut the sausage and onion into small cubes. Chop the carrot and garlic in a food processor or finely with a knife. Melt the butter or margarine in a high-sided pan (wok pan). Brown all the chopped ingredients. Now add the tomato paste and curry ketchup and fry briefly. Deglaze with water and season with vegetable stock. Bring everything to a boil and add the processed cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper, marjoram, and sugar. Finally, thicken the sauce with a sauce thickener and season each dish with oregano to taste. Alternatively, you can dust the tomato paste with flour. The sauce tastes best with pasta, of course.
