Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 20 g butter
- 2 apples
- 3 bananas
- 200 g onion(s), diced
- 3 tbsp curry powder, mild
- 2 liters of chicken broth
- 125 ml cream
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, sweet
- some Tabasco
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Fry the chicken breast fillets in butter over low heat for 15 minutes. Remove, chop, and add to the pan. Peel and coarsely grate the apples. Peel and mash the bananas. Add everything to the pan with the onions, sprinkle with curry, and sauté. Deglaze with a little stock and let stand for 15 minutes. Add everything to the remaining chicken stock and season with cream, soy sauce, and Tabasco.
