Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pineapple, ripe
- 1 mango(s), ripe
- 1 banana(s)
- 1 apple
- ½ lemon(s)
- n. B. Fruits of your choice (e.g. strawberries, star fruit, melon…)
- 2 tbsp honey (flower honey)
- some ginger, fresh
- 5 leaves of mint or lemon balm, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes
with that special kick!
Peel the pineapple and cut into chunks, as well as the mango and banana. Wash the apple, remove the core, and cut it into chunks. Wash and hull the strawberries, also cutting them into chunks. Squeeze half a lemon. Place the chunks in a bowl and drizzle with lemon juice. Peel a 1-2 cm piece of ginger and finely dice it. Roughly chop the mint. Add the ginger and mint to the bowl, add the honey, and mix everything together. Cover and let rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour, stirring again before serving.
