Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g tortellini
- 150 g ham
- 120 g peas, frozen
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 ml white wine
- 100 ml stock or broth
- 250 ml Cremefine
- 1 shot of milk
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- oregano
- 1 handful of Parmesan, grated
- Sunflower oil or butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and dice the onion. Peel and chop the garlic. Dice the ham. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Prepare the tortellini according to the package instructions. Sauté the onions in a little oil or butter, add a pinch of sugar, deglaze with white wine, and bring to a boil. Add the garlic, parsley, broth, crème fraîche, and a splash of milk. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano to taste. Mix in the peas, ham, and tortellini. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
