Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg pork Mett (Thuringian style; Jägermett)
  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 2 class can/n soup (tomato cream soup)
  • 2 class can/n soup (bihun soup)
  • 2 cups of sour cream, 200 g each
  • 2 cups of cream, 200 g each
  • 1 chili pepper(s) (Caution! Bihun soup already brings basic heat)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slice the spring onions into thin rings, fry them, and then remove from the pan. Fry the Thuringian Mett (a kind of meat) in the pan until crumbly. Combine the canned soups in a large pot and heat them together. Add the minced meat and onions and simmer briefly. Finally, add the cream and sour cream. Season with a chili pepper to taste. Serve with ciabatta bread. A super simple and quick party recipe!
