Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 can of sardines (fillets) with tomato sauce
- 80 g yogurt, Greek
- 2 cloves garlic, or more
- Chili flakes, to taste
- 1 tsp capers
- 1 tsp, leveled mustard, hot
- some herbal salt, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Suitable as a dip, spread or filling for vegetables/raw vegetables
Place the sardine fillets and the sauce from the can in a bowl and mince well with a fork. Peel the garlic and press it through a press. Finely chop/chop the capers. Mix all of the above ingredients thoroughly. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.
