SIS suitable — a quickly prepared meal with ingredients that I usually have at home
Thaw the shrimp and remove the intestines. Peel and slice the onions and garlic – this works best with a grater. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onions and garlic together (they shouldn’t brown). Deglaze with the white wine. Add the passata and return to the heat. Now add the shrimp and place the still-frozen fish fillets on top. Simmer for about 15 minutes. Turn the fish over once. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the basil leaves. Serve on a plate. Garnish each plate with 2 teaspoons of yogurt and the basil.
