  • 2 stalk(s) baguette(s) with herb butter
  • 2 stalk(s) baguette(s) with garlic
  • 1 ball of mozzarella, approx. 125 g
  • 6 slices of Gouda
  • n. B. Salami optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Preheat the oven to 220°C fan/convection oven with bottom heat. Place the baking tray on the lowest rack. Place the baguettes alternately on a baking tray lined with baking paper and top evenly with the cheese slices. Then distribute salami or other toppings of your choice, such as pepperoni, ham and pineapple, or diced ham and onions, over the cheese slices. Tear the mozzarella ball into pieces and sprinkle them over the prepared baguettes. Depending on the topping chosen, you can also season the baguettes with a pinch of salt and oregano. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown and bubbling. Let the baguette pizzas cool briefly, then cut into manageable pieces and serve.
