- 2 slices of sandwich toast
- 1 slice(s) cheese of your choice
- 4 slices of bacon
- e.g. mayonnaise
- e.g. mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
Roll out the bread slices thinly. Spread with mayonnaise and a little mustard. Place cheese on the bottom half and roll tightly. Wrap each roll with 1-2 slices of bacon. Now place them either on a very hot griddle or in a hot pan and fry them all over until the bacon is the desired browning and crispiness. I know these rolls from America. There they are eaten for breakfast, as a snack between meals, or with tomato soup.
