Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 pack of Cabanossi
- 250 g pasta
- 1 cup of cream
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- some breadcrumbs
- e.g. salt and pepper
- Fat for the mold
Instructions

Pasta bake with Cabanossi, quick, easy and delicious!
Cook the pasta in salted water until almost al dente. During this time, cut the cabanossi into small slices and preheat the oven to 175°C. In a bowl, mix the cream, half of the grated cheese, and the tomato paste. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Lightly fry the cabanossi in a pan with a little oil, then deglaze with the cream sauce and stir until the sauce reaches the desired consistency. Place the pasta in a greased baking dish (a small one is fine) and pour the sauce over it. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs, if desired. Place the casserole on the middle rack of the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
