Chai chocolate curd cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 ml tea (chai tea)
  • 30 g coconut blossom sugar
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g quark
  • 50 ml cream
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp cocoa nibs
  • some mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 3 hours 25 minutes

Prepare the chai tea according to the package instructions. Then, in a saucepan, bring the tea to a boil with the coconut blossom sugar, stirring constantly, for about 5 minutes until syrupy. Slowly melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Combine the quark and cream in a bowl. Then stir in the melted chocolate, cocoa nibs, and chai syrup. Divide the finished cream into dessert bowls and refrigerate for about 3 to 4 hours to set. If you like, garnish with some mint and cocoa nibs just before serving.
