Cherry – Mocha – Chocolate

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g chocolate, mocha flavor
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 8 tbsp sour cherries, pitted
  • 8 tbsp liqueur (cherry liqueur)
  • whipped cream
  • Chocolate, dark chocolate for decoration

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt the chocolate in 0.75 liters of hot milk. Stir the cocoa, sugar, and remaining milk until smooth. Stir into the chocolate milk and bring to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of sour cherries and 2 tablespoons of cherry liqueur to each glass. Pour the chocolate milk over the top. Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate.
