Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 packs of white chocolate coating
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 shot of Baileys Irish Cream (optional)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

First, melt the chocolate coating in a double boiler (it goes faster if you coarsely grate it first). Meanwhile, slowly heat the milk in a separate saucepan. Once the chocolate coating is completely melted, add a splash of the warmed milk and stir vigorously (this works best with a whisk). Once the chocolate coating is completely dissolved, pour the mixture into the remaining milk and stir. Now scrape out half a vanilla pod and add the seeds. Also delicious: Add a small splash of Bailey’s.
