Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 jacket potatoes
- 6 eggs
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 100 g meat sausage or poultry sausage
- Salt
- 1 cup of kefir (500 ml)
- some dill, freshly chopped
- 1 shot of mineral water

cold soup
Boil potatoes in salted water. Hard-boil eggs and dice. Finely chop the radishes, spring onions, cucumber, and sausage and season with salt. Combine all of the above ingredients in a pot and fill with kefir until completely covered. Add a little mineral water, depending on the amount. Finally, mix with fresh dill and refrigerate for about an hour. If you can’t wait, you can eat it right away. The soup has a slightly sour and tangy flavor and is perfect for hot summer days. It’s very refreshing and delicious.
