Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 gr. can/n peas
- 1 gr. can/n peas and roots
- 150 g potatoes, peeled, diced
- 2 bunch soup vegetables
- 1 ½ liters of broth
- 2 Cabanossi
- 2 sausages (Mettenden)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Place the peas and roots in a large pot with their liquid. Trim the soup vegetables and add them along with the raw potato pieces. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Pour in the broth and add the sliced Cabanossi and Mettenden sausages to the soup. Simmer for another 15 minutes. Perfect for cold weather.
