Sandwiches with minced meat and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 8 slices of toast
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for the sandwich toaster

First, fry the minced meat in a little oil until crumbly, seasoning generously with oregano, salt, and pepper. Once the minced meat is cooked, add the tomato paste and a very small amount of water. The mixture should be spreadable. Spread the slices of toast with butter, divide the minced meat mixture between 4 slices, place the cheese on top, and cover with the other 4 slices. Then toss it in the sandwich toaster!
