Pasta with ham and milk sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g tagliatelle
  • 125 g smoked ham, e.g. Black Forest ham
  • ½ liter of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Leaf melted noodles

Cook the tagliatelle as usual until al dente. Cut the ham into thin strips and fry in a deep-sided pan. When the ham begins to crisp, remove the pan from the heat and deglaze with the milk. Transfer the cooked pasta to a bowl and pour the ham and milk sauce over the pasta. Serve with apple sauce.
