Pasta with quick ham and cheese sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g pasta (e.g. croissants, farfalle)
  • 50 g smoked ham
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp cheese, spreadable cheese or a slice of processed cheese
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • chili
  • Garlic
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Dice the ham and onion and fry in oil until golden brown. Deglaze with vegetable stock. Add the cheese, melt, and reduce the sauce to the desired consistency. Stir the tomato paste into the sauce. Just before serving, add the chopped parsley and stir briefly. Season to taste with chili powder, chopped garlic, and, of course, salt and pepper, and toss with the pasta.
