Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g tortellini, fresh (from the refrigerated section; preferably with cream cheese filling)
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 4 large tomatoes
- 2 packs of béchamel sauce
- Basil, fresh
- 250g mozzarella
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Preheat oven (electric stove: approx. 200°C). Arrange the tortellini in a shallow baking dish. Dice the cooked ham and arrange them over the pasta. Cut the tomatoes into thin wedges and arrange them in the dish. Tear the basil, cut it into strips, and stir it into the béchamel sauce. Then spread the sauce over the casserole. Finally, top everything with mozzarella slices and bake in the oven for approx. 20-25 minutes. You can, of course, vary the quantities of the ingredients according to your taste. It also tastes great with meat-filled tortellini!
