Tagliatelle pasta casserole

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 100 g ham, cooked, cut into strips
  • 100 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 6 slices of processed cheese
  • 3 tomatoes, pitted and diced
  • 150 ml cream
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Lightly brown the ham, bacon, and mushrooms in olive oil. After 2-3 minutes, add the cream, season with salt and pepper, and reduce slightly again. Drain the pasta and add it to the cream while still wet. Mix in the garlic and herbs. Transfer the pasta to an ovenproof dish and arrange the tomatoes and cheese slices on top. Bake in the oven at 160°C for 3-4 minutes.
