Vegan Lorraine Casserole

Preparation of the souce
- 275 g Vegan hack
- 1 Pc. Onion
- 1 tbsp Vegan butter
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 4 El Tomato paste
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Colorful pepper
- 150 ml Red wine
Pasta
- 250 g Ribbon noodles wide
Au gratin
- 100 ml Vegan whipped cream
- 2 El Vegan butter
- 100 g Vegan cheese
Preparation of the sauce
- Lightly roast the vegan mince together with the finely diced onion (or shallot) in the vegan butter. Add the tomato paste to briefly roast. Deglaze with the dry red wine and season with parsley, cayenne pepper, thyme, salt and pepper and season to taste.
Pasta
