Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 avocado(s)
- 80 g shrimp, peeled
- 2 tbsp remoulade
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- some parsley, finely chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Cut the avocado lengthwise, remove the pit, and season with salt and pepper. Mix the shrimp with the remoulade, lemon juice, and parsley. Spoon the mixture into the hollow of the avocado pit.
