  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or salad cream
  • 3 slices of avocado
  • 1 slice(s) of cooked ham
  • ½ tomato(s)
  • 1 lettuce leaf of your choice
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled, if needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Toast the bread for about 3 minutes. Slice the avocado and tomato. Tear off the lettuce leaves, clean them, and slice them if desired. Spread the bread with mayonnaise on both sides and top with the toppings. Simply fold and serve.
