Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ liters of broth
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- 2 cans of white beans
- 1 serving of soup meat
- 5 potatoes
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- marjoram
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Brown the meat and then deglaze with the broth. Dice the potatoes and vegetables, add them to the broth, and simmer for about 30 minutes. Season with pepper, salt, paprika, and marjoram. Finally, add the beans to the soup and bring back to a boil. Serve with fresh bread rolls, for example.
