Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 300 g carrot(s)
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 200 g potatoes
- 1 liter beef broth
- 1 slice(s) bacon
- 250 g lentils
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp marjoram
- 1 shot of Maggi
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 250 g ribs (thick ribs)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Sauté the onion and add the liter of broth. Then add the vegetables, lentils, bacon, and meat. Season with the herbs and a generous dash of Maggi. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and a little pepper. Cook in the pressure cooker for half an hour. Then fish out the ribs, scrape the meat from the bones, and chop it back into the soup.
