Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 potato rösti
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 4 tsp sour cream with herbs
- 4 handfuls of arugula

Fry the hash browns in a pan for about 10 minutes. Spread 1 teaspoon of sour cream on each hash brown, top with a slice of salmon, and garnish with a handful of arugula.
