Tarte Flambée Rolls Made from Puff Pastry

The perfect tarte flambée rolls made from puff pastry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 role Puff pastry
  • 1 cups Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 cups Sour cream
  • 1 bunch Spring onion
  • 1 Pck Ham cubes
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbs
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees circulating air.
  2. Cut the spring onions into rings (I use everything from the spring onion).
  3. Mix the creme fraiche and sour cream together and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry, brush with the cream and sprinkle evenly over the bacon cubes and spring onions.
  5. Roll up the puff pastry and cut into approx. 1-2 cm thick slices. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for approx. 20 – 30 minutes (depending on the oven). The puff pastry should have a nice golden brown color.
  6. Since you still have the cream, just mix in a few herbs (I always use chives) if you like a dash of garlic oil and you have a nice and refreshing dip with it 😉
