Fried Bread Dumplings with Egg

The perfect fried bread dumplings with egg recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Bread dumplings / the rest of yesterday! / see my recipe: *)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 0,5 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 1 tbsp Chives rolls
  • 4 piece Small pickles
  • 2 * 1/2 Strauchtomate
  1. Cut the bread dumplings into slices and fry them in a pan with butter (2 tbsp) on both sides until golden-brown. Whisk eggs (2 pieces) and distribute over the fried dumplings. Season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and mild curry powder (½ teaspoon) and sprinkle with chives rolls (1 tbsp). Spread the fried bread dumplings with egg on 2 plates and garnish with 2 small pickles and half a vine tomato, serve. *) Bread dumplings with creamed mushrooms
