Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 slices of toast
- 4 corners of cream cheese or herb cheese
- 16 slice(s) cucumber(s)
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 tbsp, heaped cheese, grated, to taste
- some herbs of Provence
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Spread the toast with melted cheese and top with the cucumber slices. Slice the onion into thin rings and arrange them on top of the cucumbers. Sprinkle with Provençal herbs and finish with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes.
